Yahoo has compiled a list of the Food Network’s Top Five Tacos in America. Austin is represented by the sublime migas tacos from food truck empire Veracruz All Natural. Food Network gives props to the Vazquez sisters for their corn tortillas and the “texture-packed fillings.” What they don’t mention is that perfect balance of salt and pepper that give the migas the perfect seasoning. Head to Yahoo.com to see the Food Network list that includes a taco from Ohio. (?) OK.
